I have an HP ENVY 17-ce0014na Laptop 2019 Edition.
The laptop's HP Support Assistant said it needed to update and that I needed to restart my laptop.
So I did this. It was a BIOS update.
Now, when I turn on the laptop I get a blue screen with a request for a "Bitlocker recovery key".
"Bitlocker recovery
Enter the recovery key for this drive"
Underneath there is a Recovery key ID "(to identify your key)", with a series of letters and numbers. I don't know what this is.
So I'm locked out of my laptop.
Where do I get the recovery key, and how do I get my laptop back to normal?

I think I've fixed it and got things back to normal now.
I accessed my Microsoft account following the link on this page:
https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/help/4530477/windows-10-finding-your-bitlocker-recovery-key
In my account, there were two BitLocker recovery keys, one for Drive "FDV" and another for Drive "OSV". I'm not sure what the two of them are. They each had a "Key ID". The numbers/letters of the OSV Drive's "Key ID" matched the first numbers/letters of the "Recovery key ID" being requested by my laptop.
So I typed in the code for that one and my laptop has unlocked.
