The solution is: When asked whether the TPM module should be reset or whether it should be started with current data, press the letter Y (or the letter Z in the QUERTZ keyboard layout). Then press the F1 key. Good luck!

But I already resetted and now it’s saying that I should set up my password and leading me to my microsoft account where i have to enter my details and put in my verification code that they “emailed” to me. But they are not sending me the verification code

I had already repeated the problem with Microsoft. Emails requested from Microsoft either never come or sometimes don't arrive until the next day. I then had the option to choose another form of transmission of the verification code. I then chose the option of sending it via SMS. That worked immediately.

I have deactivated BitLocker on mine. So I can't tell you whether you need the BitLocker Key when you press the Y key. You can usually find this key on your Microsoft account. I therefore suggest that you write down this key before resetting the TPM module with the Y key.
