Will i tried to do that but i had a new problem when i booy into the recovery media which is a bootable flash drive it gave an error

This error code indicates that your PC is unable to read boot record files from your recovery media. I want to check where your system having this problem.

Ok, try disabling the secure boot in the bios.
If it doesn't help
Then your recovery media isn't built successfully.

Try the following basic recovery
Power on your notebook
Ho to start Press and hold shift button and select restart.
Now you'll see advanced options.
Now find and select repair this PC. ( I am not in front of my PC so i can't give you actual path to find repair your pc option at the moment of you face any problem reply this message I'll give you correct way)

Now try again.
If still getting problem then create your recovery media again if it doesn't help you then I'm sorry but your recovery partition is damaged and there is no way to recover your recovery partition.
In this case you have only 2 ways to get recovery media
1: Order recovery discs from HP (Not available in your country)
2: Download windows ISO and create bootable DVD and use it as your recovery media.

Hello...please i have an hp computers laptop amdA6...
My recovery partition is in tact...healthy but i want to reset my computet and it says cant find recovery environment.....and even on the hp recovery center the recovery environment is disabled saying the recovery partition had been removed...what can i do about this

Hi im having the same issue... i have a healthy  recovery E: when i check the drive it have 15gb but when i try to restore it uses Windows Recovery and all of the HP application are not added... how Can i reset using hp recovery partition?
