OK my HD failed.. so I got a new HD,, BUT, my recovery disk's 1,2,3 work but then I get the same error i got when the HD failed, missing a win 32 extract file. or no boot file found. i upgraded to win 10 from vista,, last year,, ,, I should have run check disk when i had the chance but failed to fast.

Hi:
The only suggestion I can offer would be to use the Microsoft Media creation tool at the link below to create a bootable W10 installation flash drive to clean install W10.
Download Windows 10 (microsoft.com)
Boot from the installation media.
When you get past the Install Now screen, you will be asked to enter the version of W10 you want to install.
Select W10 Home.
Then you will be asked to enter a product key.
Select the 'I don't have a product key' option and W10 will install.
