renew warranty

Been trying for 40 mins to re start my expired warranty but seems impossible......anyone know the secret??

Are you asking about Care Pack Warranty?

If yes - My interpretation:

A Care Pack Warranty extension contract is typically purchased before the original Warranty is expired or within a certain restricted time frame after that warranty is concluded.

Where, how, when, whether a contract is available for a particular machine or device is fully at the discretion of HP.

I am not aware of a provision to "restart" an expired warranty.

All that said, we do not speak for HP.
