Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Il PC è diventato molto lento e vorrei fare un ripristino alle impostazioni di fabbrica, ma ho il timore che, dato in 😧 c'è un file "recovery" del febbraio 2015, si installi l'originale Windows 8.1 anziché il Windows 10 al quale sono passato in novembre 2015.

Come devo fare?

Inoltre, a questo punto mi chiedo se ha ancora senso l'esistenza della partizione 😧 e, se si può eliminare, qual è la procedura più corretta.

You are correct.  If the factory reset option still works, then it will reinstall W8.1, not W10.

 

You can clean install W10 for free by making bootable recovery media using the media creation tool from the link below.

 

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

 

After W10 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from your notebook's support page.

If you want to delete the recovery partition, during the installation process when it asks 'Where do you want to install Windows,' you can delete the Recovery partition.

 

I usually just delete every partition on the hard drive, leaving just one partition of unallocated space.

 

Then click Next, and W10 will install.
