My HP Stream notebook model no 11-ak0000na. Is showing a hard disc error 3FO boot device not found. However when I press F2 for system diagnostic. The only options available are memory test, which it passed Storage test which does nothing in either quick or extensive test and then language. There is no option to do anything else....Help needed please

I understand you are not able to boot to windows. Kindly perform the steps from the article Boot Device Not Found Error or Hard Drive Not Detected to resolve this issue.
