Please give the model and P/n product number of the device
example: HP Phoenix h9-1228ef HPE product no.P / N: C0B64EA

You just give the série model

thanks i have one probleme i want to formate my computer i have windows 10 i want to switch to windows 7 but when i start up the CD/Dvd it show up this probleme 

screen bleu

 

problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer,

if this is the first time you've seen this this stop error screen restar your computer ,if this screen appears again,follow these steps 

the bios in this system si not fully acpi compliant please contact your vendor for an updated bios.
