Good morning, I have an HP PC. Unfortunately, when I sent it for assistance, both the serial number and product ID were changed. I would like to restore it to factory settings with the HP Cloud Tool, but it tells me that the number does not match and I need to contact HP support. What can I do? Thank you in advance for your response.

If the serial number and product ID of your HP PC were altered during service, and you're experiencing issues with the HP Cloud Tool because of this change, here are a few steps you can take:
