HP Notebook - 14-ck0155tu
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

In my HP laptop, which has the Windows 10 64-bit operating system, I'm experiencing an issue with the battery not charging beyond 86%. When I ran the hardware component test in the UEFI hardware check, the results showed the following:

  • Primary: Logi State OK (0)
  • Charge state: Blown Fuse (42)

I am seeking assistance in understanding the actual cause of these errors and finding a solution to resolve this issue. Please help me.

Hi @DineshFromIndia,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd like to help!

Fuse Blown (42) - The internal fuse of the battery is no longer working, there's no option to replace that, hence the entire battery will need to be replaced.

This might require one on one interaction to fix the issue
