i am a student at littleton schools and i am interested in the tech world, today at my second block my teacher came to me with a computer that couldn't find a boot medium, i then attempted a network boot (which failed however allowed me to bypass the original problem) but when i booted and opened the start menu it bsod and went to the original problem, however i did get this smart disk fail code while going through all this

Hello,


The test found a problem with your hard drive and it need to be replaced to resolve this issue. If possible, back up your personal files to a flash drive or external hard drive as soon as you can.

The procedure for replacing the hard disk drive can be found in the HP manual below on pages 39 and 40.
