After clicking on File
do you see:
* New Snip
* Save As
* Send to ->
* Exit
After you click on Save As
do you see a dialog-box, showing Save As in the "title-bar" -- the first line of the box?
Do you see: niloc -> My Pictures
as the second line of the box?
If not seeing that exact text, what is the wording of that 2nd line?
If you "click" anywhere in the input-area on the 2nd line,
does it change to something like: C:\Users\niloc\Pictures ?
If not, then what do you see?
