Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

i dont know much about computers, but for some reason my laptop keeps saying i need to upgrade from windows 7 and reinstall windows 10, when ive been running windows10 home, when i click to find out what im running.... it says Microsoft Windows version 1909

(OS Build 18363.628) i dont know what is going on  or how to fix this problem.... also my microsoft store isnt acting right either, not sure if im even able to get all updates , if there has been any.

You ARE already running the latest version of Win10, including the latest build that came out only last week.  So, I have no idea why you're getting notifications for upates.

 

You don't get Windows Updates through MS Store; instead, that is used to download and install only apps from the Store.

but why is it telling me that i need to upgrade from windows 7?
