I found that you had forced some sort of update on my laptop ?  system performance had ground a halt which forced restart my computer , after restart and having to relog into everything again - after that one of your HP messages came up saying I needed to restart again to finish the update ????   what are you doing forcing an update on my system ?   this wasnt a microsoft initiated update - this came from you people  , this caused major disruptions and I was in the middle of some very important business.

You have NO business forcing an update on our laptops
