Microsoft Windows 11

I have a brand new Win11 HP 15-dw1000 -laptop (191M8AV).

There is a HP update available  which constantly tries to update but fails in daily basis. Is there a hint how to go forward with that?

Hello there! I am NOT an HP Worker but I will try to help you! (;

I might suggest that you use the "HP Support Assistant " which will automatically install the driver if manual install fails...

If this method fails please reply back to me

Hi,

this issue is indeed within HP support assistant. Sorry for forgot to mention that.

Oh alright!

why don't we try to do a manual install if you have done that?

I´ve manage to download it straight from the FTP server. However the connection is really bad! So I had to try a few times.

ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp135501-136000/sp135630.exe

But straight from my browser it didn´t work, so I´ve downloaded a FTP client to do the job.

After I´ve downloaded and installed it, I went back to support assistant and clear the installation logs and ran update. Now it looks ok.

I hope it helps you.

Cheers
