¡Hola! Espero que alguien pueda ayudarme a encontrar un SoftPaq SP138637 para una HP Pavilion 15r - CW100. Se instalo el parche de firmware desde windows update y se quedo en un bucle infinito, para intentar arreglar necesito crear una usb con la bios pero el paque de SP138637 no existe, en HP support me da una version erronea que fue el problema desde el principio.

Grab an older matching BIOS SoftPaq from HP’s archive forum, make a recovery USB, and flash it offline to break the boot loop.

Estoy atrapado en el mismo problema que detalla el caso:

No encuentro un SOFTPAQ que sea compatible.  Las únicas versiones de BIOS compatibles con la plataforma  ID 083E2  (F.20–F.52)

Incluye:

  • 083E2.bin
  • 083E2.sig
  • plataforma.ini
  • Actualización de BIOS.s12

son la F.20 a la F.52, todas ellas distribuidas en el SoftPaq sp138637.
