Upon powering on the device, I receive the following error message: "Your PC/Device needs to be repaired. The Boot Configuration Data for your PC is missing or contains errors. File: \EFI\Microsoft\Boot\BCD. Error code: 0xc000000f." Additionally, the F8, F9, F10, and other keys for accessing the boot menu or BIOS do not respond, although the Startup Menu offers options F1, F2, F9, F10, F11, and F12. Pressing F11 (System Recovery) and other options has not resolved the issue.I attempted to boot from a USB drive created with the Windows Media Creation Tool, but I was unable to select the boot device. I kindly request your guidance on how to restore the system or further steps to resolve this problem. I am willing to provide additional information or perform diagnostics as needed.Thank you in advance for your assistance.

@Muxammad, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding System Failure: Boot Configuration Data Error!
We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.
The error message "Your PC/Device needs to be repaired. The Boot Configuration Data for your PC is missing or contains errors. File: \EFI\Microsoft\Boot\BCD. Error code: 0xc000000f" indicates that there is an issue with the Boot Configuration Data (BCD) on your device. Here are some steps you can take to try and resolve the issue:
Performing a System Recovery Using f11 Recovery Tools
In case of system failure or instability, you can use the f11 recovery tools to recover your original hard drive image. This tool reinstalls the Windows operating system and the software programs that were installed at the factory. Here is how you can do it:
- Backup Personal Files:
- If possible, back up all personal files.
- Checking for Recovery Image Partition:
- Check for the presence of the Recovery Image partition.
- Click Start, right-click Computer, click Manage, and then click Disk Management.
- If the Recovery Image partition is not listed, you must recover your operating system and programs using the Windows operating system media and the Driver Recovery media.
- Initiate System Recovery:
- Restart the computer and press esc while the “Press the ESC key for Startup Menu” message is displayed at the bottom of the screen.
- Press f11 while the “Press <F11> for recovery” message is displayed on the screen.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to perform the recovery.
Hope this helps!
Take care, and have an amazing day!
