Yes, I am aware it is for Vista and a Windows 7 install disk can be used for a Vista repair. I am also aware that a system disk did not come with the computer. You can also make repair disk on a working Windows 7 computer, your's, a friend's or one at the library. Or you can make a Windows 7 install disk from the M$ download page.

You can do a system repair, if you mean repair the startup function of repair, with a Windows 7 disk. If more than that is needed, then Windows 7 disk will not help. Exactly what is meant by the system repair?

Since yor Pc @LUCKYE is running Windows 10, it is much the same way as Windows 7 except using the tools for Windows 10. http://www.pcworld.com/article/3016562/computers/when-you-cant-create-the-windows-10-recovery-drive-...
If the PC is running then use those directions. If it is not running and you need the repair disk, scroll down to the
Create an install drive instead
and use the media creation tool and follow those instructions.
