Hello

I've some big problems with my notebook spectre pc.

I do not know how to handle it. I can't fix the following issue. I do not know if it is a ram issue or a graphic driver issue. Some upgrade I made cause a lot of trouble on my pc. My pc crashes with the blue screen signalling me tdr video failure

I changed 4 nvidia graphic video in the last month. Nothing has changed. My pc crashes when I use inventor (autodesk application) and also adobe acrobat pro. Sometimes on the blue screen appears the erro message nvdll.sys

I've run all the tests on my pc, as you can see below. The results are passed, but It seems that something is not working correctly.

I tried with another VIDEO CARD STABILITY TEST (INTEL R UHD GRAPHICS 620) : FAILED! And the result was that it failed! Something does not work properly on my pc and I do not know what!

I have already reset my pc from start (once) and with the recovery tool. Then I’ve re-installed all my programme. Everything works well, but when I try to use inventor (autocad) and adobe sometimes the pc crashes and I could not solve this issue. Please help me, I have tried everything. Invane.

Thanks in advance for your cooperation and assistance

Looking forward to hearing from you,
Best regards,
Nicola
