i tried updating my BIOS since my laptop kept running into a problem after ive done a system recovery but when i downloaded the bios update on my USB and plugged it in my hp laptop it said this error : *the system could not find one of the bios update binary files* i need help with this as fast as possible its the laptop my mom got me for my birthday like a week ago and i dont want it to go :c

Check the usb drive to see where bios bin file and signature file(s) are saved. If you see them in the \Hewlett-Pachard\BIOS\Current folder directory, copy and place them in the \BIOS\New folder and try again.

i did it but the same message kept appearing, anyway i installed a fresh new windows now even though i lost my product key but atleast my laptop is working again, thanks for your reply sir appreciate it.
