HP 14 inch Laptop PC 14-d3000 (2L0Z2AV)

The keyboard in a basic game is slow, the laptop lags when watching YouTube, and it gets hot so quickly. I don't know what to do with this laptop because, at this point, having it isn't pleasant. This never happened in any other laptops I've owned, like a Macbook. It gets hot but never lags to the point where it's a problem.

Hello @employedjam

This is a very slow notebook. I would return the notebook if it was purchased recently. Please buy a better model. You are free to choose another manufacturer as well.

Kind regards

Hello @employedjam

When and where did you buy the notebook?

Hello @employedjam

After such a long time you can't return the notebook. Perform a Windows reset with deletion of all data and sell or auction it. Then you should go to a notebook store and look at different brands and models and "test" them with your own hands and then make a decision. It should not be the cheapest or most expensive notebook !
