Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Installed windows 10 on laptop, and now cannot log in with fingerprint. I never used a password because I was using the fingerprint scanner. When I turn on the laptop, it beeps and I get a blue box on a blank screen saying "Enter Administrator Password or Power On Password. Can you please help?

Hi:

 

Enter any power on password 3 times and the PC should generate a system disabled code.

 

Enter the code you get in the box at the link below, and the website will generate an unlock passcode.

 

https://bios-pw.org/

 

Restart the PC and use the unlock passcode you got to regain access to your PC.

 

Anything beyond that problem I would not be able to help you with.
