Product: HP 17.3 inch Laptop PC 17-cp0000 (2Q7W8AV)

i would like to receive guidance in two issues during download the latest bios on my laptop: 

1) my system was upgrade to window 11 from window 10,  how to track  the window 11 version  either 21H2 or 22H2 ? 

my system only show 10.0.22621 build 22621 

2) i was unable to upgrade the bios from AMI F.15 3/2/2022 to HP Connection Optimizer 2.0.19.0 Rev.A, is there a trick ?
