After installing Windows update all I get is blank screen and personal services not responding error. How do i revert to before the update

I was able to connect with live agent and he fixed the problem remotely. Great service!😃

To uninstall a specific Update, you have to be able to boot into Windows, run Windows Update, select Update History, find the update and uninstall it.  IF you can't get that far, you can't remove an Update.
