Hi:

 

You need to install both of these USB 3 drivers...Restart the PC after installing the drivers.

Install the following drivers from the following driver page for your notebook.

 

AMD USB 3.0 Driver

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp63501-64000/sp63988.exe

AMD USB Filter Driver

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp63501-64000/sp63782.exe

 

The Amd Video Driver and Control panel contains all of the other chipset drivers
