What error are you seeing? There are reports of problems "issues" with OpenSSH and other applications as described here in this Microsoft document.
Several users here had to uninstall that exact KB to allow their printer to work.

That error indicate that there are missing system files and that is why the update failed.
If the system files are OS (Microsoft) then try to repair windows.
SFC and DISM are both tools that scan and repair corrupted system files. However, SFC uses a cached version of the files, while DISM uses the internet to download and fix the files. Try the SFC first and if that gives a message that it cannot fix the problem then try the DISM tool.
Run UEFI diagnostics to ensure there is no hardware problem and then try the update again.
Tap the ESC key after powering on. Tap it once a second after you see the LEDs on the keyboard flash. When you see the startup menu, press F2 to run diagnostics. If a component fails during the UEFI test then Click here to check warranty
let me know if a problem.

There may be a problem installing because of a massive update to windows that came out today's tuesday release.
Try manual download
https://www.catalog.update.microsoft.com/Search.aspx?q=KB5050009
do not get the arm version
if the install fails then look in the event viewer for a better explanation of the problem.
Several users have report they were unable to print after that KB was installed. At least one person discovered the printer started work after the KB was uninstalled.
