HP G72
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I had an HP G72 laptop that I upgraded a long while back to Pro.   I died.    I have this other HP G7 laptop that has winodws 10 Home..but don't have the G72 key to upgrade to pro..what do I do as it is dead?

 

called microsoft, they cannot help without a key

 

I have the setupact.log on the old drive that shows the other computer was pro:

It is a very old machine. Please talk directly with Microsoft, they will help you.
