Good day!

I need the correct dtiver for usb controller. I've found some driver, installed it. But now only 1 of 3 usb-ports works, and other 2 of 3 ports do not work.

Please direct me a correct driver.

Hi,

Have you installed this driver:

Actually, I did it quite first. After installing another driver - Intel(R)_USB_3.0_eXtensible_Host_Controller_Driver_4.0.6.60.zip

-  2 of 3 ports started to work. But the 3-rd port didn't work.

The last thing I tried was to install this driver - USB_3.0_Win7_64_4.0.0.36.zip

But the situation didn't change. Now 2 ports work and the 3-rd one - doesn't work.

Ofcoase it is better, but I'd like to understand if it is instrumental problem or I need another USB driver.

Hi,

It could be that one of the ports is not working (defective) since the other two are working. Try uninstalling all the usb drivers you installed (from device manager) and install these 2 drivers:

1.

Intel host controller USB 3.0 driver

See if it changes the situation.

Let me know,

Thank you for answer.

But as I said the first thing I tried was exectly installig these two drivers, you're recommending now.

but after it's installing no one port of 3 worked.

Then I tried to install different drivers. Something changed only after installing those drivers I mentioned previous post.

So I mean may be there is any other correct driver or I'd like stop with during result?

Ok,

If you have installed these drivers which are the correct ones for your system and 2 USB ports are working, the other USB port most likely has a hardware problem.

All the best,

I'm not shure in this fact, because as I installed those two drivers, no one port worked.

Two ports started working after installing other driver.

But I suppose there may be more usefull driver, that can help me make the 3d usb port alive.

So I'd like to know if it exists. If yes, so what exactly?
