sent my laptop in for warranty work and surprise surprise my laptop magically had mosture in it when it didnt have any when I sent it into them for repair. Just another way to get out of their warranty as it was only 7 months old and had NEVER had anything spilled on it while in my I had it. They want to charge me more than the laptop was bought for and refused to honor their warranty. First and last HP I will EVER buy.
