Recently I updated the ram and ram and nvme card on my hp x360 convertible laptop 14m-dw1023dx. After the upgrade everything seemed fine, I then upgraded to windows 11 and was prompted to update the bios by the computer. Now, not every time but most times when I start the laptop, I get the hp logo. It will then change to a stretched version of the hp logo and show a series of white horizontal and vertical static lines and then the computer will start normally. It has also crashed once or twice since then with no error message. It just freezes, and I have to hold the power button to turn it off. When I restart it, it's like nothing happened. So far there is no real problem it creates but I'm worried it was crash some time in the future and not come back on.

May I know from when are you facing this issue?
The issue happens only on start up. It has crashed (were the computer locks down completely and I can't do anything. like move the mouse open task manager) When it crashes I have to hold the power button and restart the computer that way. The crashes have happened 4 times in 4 months. The white lines have been persistent i.e. everytime I boot the computer.
Did you make any hardware or software-related changes to it?
I changed the NVME drive that came with the laptop to a 1tb NVME drive and upgraded to 16 gb of RAM. I started the computer a few times after that (2 or 3 times) to make sure it the hardware worked. After that I upgraded to windows 11, I still don't recall seeing the lines. I got prompted to upgrade the bios with windows updater. That was when I started notice the weird start up behavior.
May I know if it only happens while booting?
Yes, except the few times it has crashed since. The crashing may be unrelated I don't know. It didn't start crashing until after the updates.
I hit the drivers and see if that fixes it and report back.
