If I carry out clean reinstall of Win 10 do I need to keep these folders

 

HP_Tools

 

SYSTEM

Hi,

 

No, you don't need to keep these partitions - the System partition will be automatically re-created when installing Windows 10 on a mbr partitioned hard drive and the HP_Tools partition ( which provides the diagnostic utilities and the ability to flash the bios outside of Windows ) can be re-created by installing the HP PC Hardware Diagnostics UEFI software on the link below.
