I have purchased a new laptop HP Spectre x360 15-ch011dx. Now windows automatically non activated with following error "We found a windows 10 home digital license for this device running windows 10 pro. To activate using this digital license, you need to install windows 10 home". My question is as I purchased a brand new PC why this is happened.

So do you have any receipt for W10 pro, or any details of an offer/upgrade from home to pro?
