windows 10 pro unable to activate

HP Spectre x360 15-ch011dx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

 

I have purchased a new laptop HP Spectre x360 15-ch011dx. Now windows automatically  non activated  with following error "We found a windows 10 home digital license for this device running windows 10 pro. To activate using this digital license, you need to install windows 10 home". My question is as I purchased a brand new PC why this is happened.

So do you have any receipt for W10 pro, or any details of an offer/upgrade from home to pro?

 

Maybe if you have a Moderator could help.

No I don't have any receipt for up gradation from 10 to pro. it was mentioned before  windows 10 pro is activated through organization activation service.

It is beyond me, where, when, how and by whom the pro version was installed.

 

So maybe we ask a Moderator to help.
