Hello @Epire45

Don't download the windows 10 drivers !

HP has drivers for Windows 11 version 21H2 (64-bit) here:

https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-250-g8-notebook-pc/38151396

( Update your system to the latest drivers from here )

I noticed now that there is a driver version that downloaded windows update later than the one I find on hp driver, is this a problem?

at the moment I'm not in front of the pc, but I believe that windows update is not wrong about a driver it wants to install.

Hello @Epire45

I would suggest to run Windows update troubleshooter and check if it helps.

Follow these steps to run Windows Update troubleshooter:

  1. Type troubleshooting in the search area on the taskbar and select Troubleshooting.
  2. Select Troubleshooting.
  3. Select View all on the top left corner.
  4. Click Windows Update.
  5. Follow the on-screen instructions to run the troubleshooter.

but the problem that when i run the troubleshooter it tells me windows restart pending when then i installed windows updates corrections is a windows update bug i reported. Strange on the other hand, on windows 10 I do not get a restart pending. I currently have windows 11 I did the search with sfc scannow and it did not find me any damaged files I also restored the distribution image.
