Open cmd.exe as administrator and execute:

Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth

Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth

Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

 

( After that reboot computer )

 

Test again ...

already tried it 3 times but in the end it is a windows bug that says reboot pending

Reset Windows Update

 

Open cmd.exe as administrator and execute:

net stop wuauserv
net stop cryptSvc
net stop bits
net stop msiserver
ren %windir%\SoftwareDistribution SoftwareDistribution.old
ren %windir%\System32\catroot2 catroot2.old
net start wuauserv
net start cryptSvc
net start bits
net start msiserver

 

( After that reboot computer )

 

Test again ...
