Hello,

I own an HP ProBook 6470b laptop (product number A5H50AV). It originally came with Windows 7 Professional 64-bit.

While replacing the hard drive and performing a clean installation of the operating system, I accidentally deleted the HP Recovery partition as well. I would like to restore the laptop to its original factory state.

Is it still possible to obtain the original HP recovery media or a recovery image for this model? If so, how can I get them?
