Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

i HAVE HP PAVILION BUT MY OS GOT CRASHED.  BOOT DEVICES IS  NOT FOUND. PLEASE INSTALL OS ON YOUR HARD DISK.

BUT SOME TIME IT IS WORKING MOST OF THE IT SHOWS ERROR MESSAGE.  SO DECIDED TO DOWN LOAN OS FILE AND INSTALL BUT IT ASKS PRODUCT ID.  I DONT KNOW THE PRODUCT ID.  KINDLY HELP ME

Hi:

 

The Windows product key is in the BIOS.

 

Unfortunately, your model came with W8.1 with Bing.

 

Microsoft does not offer that OS for download, so you would have to see if you can order W8.1 w/Bing recovery media by contacting HP customer support in your country.

You can also read the info at the link below, where they give a method to download a W8.1 with Bing file...

 

They only have the plain W8.1 with Bing file.  If yours has the single language product key in the BIOS, it won't work.
