They have taken over completely. They stop my keyboard from working. I can not open my own files. They delete programs and drivers even ones that HP installed. I have been hijacked. A recover with an HP USB does not even work. They have something not shown called an X: partition. I only see it when they use the command console. How do I get them out?

Use the airplane mode key to disconnect any wireless networking connections to your notebook. If you are using a CAT5 cable to connect to a router, disconnect that.
Once that is done, no one can control your notebook remotely.
The next step is to use the USB recovery key to reinstall the original OS.

I have chatted with Microsoft help 51 times since August 2n2nd 2018. Allowed 18 remote desktop sessions from Microsoft help. Factory reset my PC 23 times all with a factory USB from HP. I know alot more now. I am a master electronic technician of 35 years experiance. I retired as a systems Analyst. They took over Semtember 29th 2018 and stayed hidden. Several Hp remote sessions since. They arre hidden in a virtual (C:) on my hard drive. They have taken over my unwritable HP USB it now contains the windows NT.

Have you actually formatted the hard drive, then re-installed a fresh WIN 10?

I have a factory condition USB reset directy from HP. Their USB only reformates the C: partition. My facty USB THAT IS WRITE protected now contains the windows NT and the SQL server. Even when I disable every hidden an not hidden driver for the internet they access my computer through telemetry. I have proof of this. So I purchased a product called Drive Scrub by IOLO this system (remote admin) will not let me run the program. I am a 35 years of experiance electronics technician hardware. I have owned a PC since 1983 it was a Kaypro 2. I retired from a systems analyst position with PianoDisc. The largest player piano company in the country. Thank you for your input. The problem is i cannot change my IP address becacause I rent a ..room with free wifi to the household. I believe even if I format the hard drive and install a fresh copy of Windows 10 they will comeback and do it again. It is Microsoft there is no doubt. They are very dominate to say the very least.

Formatting the entire drive is the only option. That erases all partitions.
