HP Recommended

No I have not been helped HP they over wrote it first thing. So much for write protection hugh?

sent me another USB but that one went the way of the first. It was overwritten first thing. So much for write protection hugh.

Yes only the (C:) partion will re formate. They are on a hidden volume on my hard drive.
