Your notebook came with FreeDOS, so if you want to install W10, you will have to purchase a W10 license and product key.

You would have to do that by contacting Microsoft.

That is not something that we or HP can help you with.

It may be that Microsoft no longer sells W10 so you would have to purchase W11 and install that instead, or find another reseller that sells Windows 10 with a product key.

Hocam Windows lisansı satın alıp sonra Windows kuracaksın. bu cihazlar FreeDOS yüklü geliyor, o yüzden senin ayrıca satın alman gerekiyor. Windows 11 lisans diye Google'da arat, 100-150 tl civarına satan bir sürü yer çıkar. Bir de tavsiye, burası uluslararası forum, hiç değilse Google translate ile İngilizceye çevirip öyle yolla sorularını.
