i cant connect to my laptop new mouse which i brought yesterday through bluetooth

Win 10 > go to settings > Bluetooth devices > add new device > search for device >  found device good   |  failed to detect troubleshoot and it will fix the issue itself most of the times.

Otherwise update your drivers via Windows update tool or manually hope it will work eventually and you can also check if your mouse is functioning properly via this site :

Moreover, make sure you are not around any access point / modem as it can interfere in signals.
