Your post is confusing.  You say you recovered it to Win8x but yet your thread header says you are running Win10.  So, which is it?

yeah, i recovered to window 8.1 but again it was so slow. then i update it to window 10 and now it also runs slow. even when i power on the laptop it takes 5 minute minimum to start. and my HDD data is about 818GB is free of 833GB

When an older laptop is running real SLOW, that is nearly always an indication of a failing hard drive.

If your PC is new enough to support UEFI, you can use these steps to test the hard drive: http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c00439024

If not, to check the drive you have to follow these steps:
1) Press Esc key repeatedly, several times a second, while rebooting the laptop. Do NOT hold the key down, just press it over and over.
2) Eventually, you will see an HP Startup Menu
3) Press the Function key for testing the hard drive (usually F2) and let it run.
