I can't read Russian.
The only device I can interpret for sure is the PCI Simple Communications Controller for which you need this driver:
Intel Management Engine Interface (MEI) Driver
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp87501-88000/sp87981.exe
The other two that have the same name...are those PCI Encryption/Decryption Controllers?
If so, you need to install these two drivers:
Intel Chipset Installation Utility and Driver
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp75501-76000/sp75505.exe
Intel Dynamic Platform and Thermal Framework Client Driver

Hello. Thank you. It helped.
But! You can explain something.
I am reinstalled Windows. The auto-diagnosis system on the website support.hp.com he says that the current drivers are already installed on the laptop. But I think it's a mistake.
I didn't install anything. Windows slows down, glitches, and the blue screen of death often crashes.
There is also a problematic device in the Device Manager. (Your council solved it)
Question. What drivers should be installed and in what order to make everything work?
And do I need to install something now?
Maybe all the problems were caused by the problem indicated in the device manager?
PS. Sorry for the language errors. I use Google Translate.

You're very welcome.
Everything looks OK in the device manager, so unfortunately, I don't know what could be causing the problem.
The drivers that Windows installed are probably sufficient, unless you want to install the audio and graphics drivers from the support page.
Windows couldn't find the other drivers I gave you.
Have you run the F2 hardware diagnostics test?
Maybe there is a faulty memory chip.
Those sometimes cause unexpected blue screens of death.
See if you can catch the report of the code at the bottom of the screen the next time it happens.
If it is anything to do with memory, there is probably a faulty memory chip.
You can also run the Windows memory diagnostics test and that should find a faulty memory chip in less than 10 seconds.

Sorry it took so long. There were cases.
I'am run the Windows memory diagnostics test. He no found memory problems.
Than I'am run F2 hardware diagnostics test. Run memory test and hard disk tests: fast and complete. They directed me to www.hp.com/go/techcenter/PCDiags
I don't understand how to view the results.

Hi:
Unfortunately, I don't have an answer for you but here are some links that may help:
How to Fix a Kernel Data Inpage Error
Perhaps someone from Microsoft can analyze the mini-dump file as indicated at this link.
blue screen appearing with stop code: Kernel Data Inpage Error - Microsoft Community

I freaked out and reinstalled Windows. I think it was the right thing to do, because the blue screen of death popped up literally every 15 minutes. No process could be completed normally. I had to recreate the bootable USB flash drive 5 times.
In general, I have installed the drivers that you recommended. But there is still such a problem.
I'd be glad if you could help.

Hi:
Can you tell me what those devices mean in English?
The other thing you can do is to post the hardware IDs for them if they translate to Unknown Devices.
Use this guide for how to find the hardware ID for a device:
How to Find Drivers for Unknown Devices in the Device Manager

Hello. I followed your instructions. Here is the hardware ID.
USB\VID_8087&PID_0A2A&REV_0001
USB\VID_8087&PID_0A2A
ACPI\VEN_HPQ&DEV_6001
ACPI\HPQ6001
*HPQ6001
Don't think that I'm just too lazy to fix my laptop myself. No, I was really looking for the equipment by ID. I even realized that it was something related to Bluetooth and Wi-Fi. I installed the drivers from my device's support page on hp.com but it turned out to be useless. And I'm afraid to install drivers from third-party resources that the search engine gives out.

Hi:
Here are the two drivers you need:
USB\VID_8087&PID_0A2A&REV_0001:

ACPI\VEN_HPQ&DEV_6001
HP Wireless Button Driver
