Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

 

I've just purchased the HP 14-eh0500sa.

 

It came pre-installed with Windows 11, I've wiped it and installed Windows 10.

 

Have got all drivers working except the one for the fingerprint sensor.

 

Looking in device manager, it shows Hardware ID as USB\VID_06CB&PID_0124&REV_0000

 

A little Googling points towards Synaptics, however I've not found a driver that works.

 

Any suggestions greatly appreciated!

I see that you are facing Touch sensor issues.

Please update all drivers from HP Support Assistant and keep me posted.
