Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)
I have installed win 7 32 bit in my hp 15-ba042au laptop, after install win 7 left side USB ports are not working, what should I do? Help me please! I don't want install win 8 or 10.

Download and install the AMD Chipset drivers and restart the PC.

 

You want the 1st file listed on the webpage.
