I had purchase laptop model 15S DU1034TU online from Flipkart. It is (Microsoft) includes Office Home & Student. Are there any chance to lost Office H&S if I can make hard drive partition?

They should all on C:. You can shrink C: to make more partition(s) and everything on C: will stay.
