HP Recommended

i notice that my new laptop 16-ap0047nr don't have 24bit audio, but in my olders laptops has the audio

inclusive after i installed the HP drivers (dont show anything, and i dont know if installs something, no error no show anything),  i download the drivers from hp support page:

https://support.hp.com/lamerica_nsc_cnt_amer-es/drivers/closure/omen-16-inch-gaming-laptop-pc-16-ap0...

and it says the

audio driver  realtek High definition (HD) (serie Ryzen AI 5/7/9)
Size 831.6 MB
Filenname:  sp165542.exe

when i looking in windows 11 (preinstalled version 24xx and now in 25H2) in the sistem>sound>Properties it show in "output settings> format" it only have only one option, that is:  16bit, 48000hz

and in the top right corner it says:

Provider: Realtek

Driver date: 23/07/2025

Driver Version 6.0.9865.2

where is the high resolution audio? 16bits is not a HD audio

becouse 16-bit audio (like CDs) isn't technically "HD Audio," which refers to formats with higher resolution, typically 24-bit depth and sample rates above 44.1 kHz (e.g., 24-bit/96kHz or 24-bit/192kHz), offering more dynamic range and detail, though many listeners find 16-bit/44.1kHz perfectly good for everyday listening.

it's very interesting becouse its a new laptop, a 2025 and don't have more options or 24bits sound,  i have olders laptops with Realtek audio and it have 24bits

exist some issue with the drivers? o this 2025 laptop more than $1000 dont have HD audio?
