365 basic subscription for 1 year is not available for laptop

Recently I bought a HP 14 laptop from hp store, they have activated office 2024 but Microsoft 365 basic subscription for 1 year is not available for laptop  (even though it is mentioned on hp site for my laptop model) and could not see activated in my microsoft/onedrive  account and not shown in store included for this device.  can you help what I have to do now to get it?

If your point of purchase was directly from the official HP Store, you should receive the Microsoft 365 Basic 1-year subscription details via email within a few days of purchase. Please keep an eye on your registered email inbox (including the spam/junk folder) for further instructions from HP.

However, if you purchased your laptop through a third-party reseller or an e-commerce platform, we recommend reaching out to the respective seller directly to claim the Microsoft 365 Basic subscription, as the offer fulfillment may be handled by them.
