I tried to rollback HPSA drivers from 1.41.2741.0 to 1.40.2695.0: same trouble!

 

To reproduce this error:
shutdown PC (fast boot is enabled) and remove power cable for 30 seconds
reconnect power cable
power on pc
ERROR.

If i don't remove the power, no error.

 

I also tried to delay the HPSA service but it's impossible (startup delayed = error 87)
