i just tried the last solution and thr driver reinstalled automaticly but the problem is still there the game run very good when i choose level or something like that untill the gameplay starts it shows very fast lags it is not

smooth

Can we have access to your task manager, to see in the "performances" what component is very used?

i  opened the task manager on performance and there is no mention for the thing that most used

OK, so you can go in the tab "processes" and click on your processor to see what processus use your CPU.
