Hello, I have a pair of bluetooth headphones when they are connected they sound very static and choppy. 

Is my hp pavilion x360 14-dh0008ca supported by A2DP and AVRCP? How am I able to download those software?

Would I be uninstalling the current Audio Driver on my Laptop first?  Then reinstalling the same one?
